epubstudioteam@gmail.com — for broken conversions, wrong answers in a guide, accessibility problems, or anything else. Corrections get priority: if a post says something your own test contradicts, we want to know.
Reporting a conversion problem
Everything on this site runs in your browser, so we never see your files — which also means we can't reproduce a failure from logs, because there are none. The most useful report includes: the tool's URL, what you dropped in (format and rough size), what you expected, and what happened instead. If the file isn't private, attaching it helps enormously; if it is, the error message shown on the page is the next best thing.
Who you're writing to
The site is built and maintained by Mofid Ansari and Shahid Ansari. No support tiers, no ticket system — a small inbox, read by the people who wrote the code.
